January

• Complete monthly financial reconciliation and reporting

• Submit Sales & Use Tax Return to the Georgia Department of Revenue, even if no sales tax was collected in the prior calendar year

• File Annual Registration with the Georgia Secretary of State

• Hold quarterly board meeting

• Reconcile 1099-K received from Square to QuickBooks records

February

• Complete monthly financial reconciliation and reporting

March

• Complete monthly financial reconciliation and reporting

• Annual Registration with the Georgia Secretary of State due by April 1st

April

• Complete monthly financial reconciliation and reporting

• Hold quarterly board meeting

• Return any excess payments from Georgia Tech

May

• Complete monthly financial reconciliation and reporting

• Renew Northwest Registered Agent contract

June

• Complete monthly financial reconciliation and reporting

July

• Complete monthly financial reconciliation and reporting

• Engage Foundation Group and begin compiling documentation for Internal Revenue Service Form 990-EZ

• Hold quarterly board meeting and elect corporate directors and officers

• Collect annual conflict of interest statements from all directors and officers

August

• Complete monthly financial reconciliation and reporting

• Audit Ramp cardholders

September

• Complete monthly financial reconciliation and reporting

October

• Complete monthly financial reconciliation and reporting

• Hold quarterly board meeting and review the budget for the year

November

• Complete monthly financial reconciliation and reporting

• E-file Form 990-EZ to the Internal Revenue Service by November 15th

• Mail a paper copy of Form 990-EZ to the Georgia Department of Revenue

December
